1. Shipping Time

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive: Tracking link, Courier partner details. Estimated delivery date.
4. Delivery Attempts
If the customer is unavailable: The courier will make 2–3 attempts. After failed attempts, the package may return to us. Reshipping charges may apply.
5. Wrong Address Issues
If the address is incorrect or incomplete: Delivery may fail. Customer must provide accurate address details. No refund for incorrect address provided by customer.
6. Damaged Package
If your parcel looks damaged on arrival: Do not accept the package. Immediately contact us with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
