1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return only if: The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered. The request is made within 48 hours of delivery. The product is unused and in its original packaging. Products not eligible for return: Opened hygiene items (adult diapers, underpads, baby diapers, wipes). Products damaged due to customer handling. Items purchased during clearance or special offers.
2. Refund Process
If your return request is approved: Refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect. In case of COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
3. Replacement Policy
We offer replacement in case you receive: Wrong product. Damaged product. Missing items in your order. Replacement will be processed once the original item is picked up.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
